We are looking for a talented System Engineer to join an innovative engineering team focused on transforming proof-of-concept solutions into mass-production-ready systems.This role combines software development, instrumentation, data collection support, and algorithm optimization in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support data collection activities, including DOEs, station bring-up, GRR, and initial data processing
- Develop and improve MP-friendly instrumentation and processes
- Convert POC algorithms into reusable, MP-ready code for on-device deployment and turnaround time reduction
- Support calibration and testing activities for small-quantity prototypes
- Participate in on-site bring-up and design of instrumentation POCs and DOEs
- Deliver high-quality software and algorithms from early-stage development to production-ready solutions
- Implement software quality initiatives and software best practices across projects
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Python development and scripting
- Solid understanding of software development best practices
- Experience with version control systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with data collection support and first-stage data processing – Advantage
