What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will take an active and hands-on role in a broad range of corporate and business-facing legal activities, including:
1) Acting as a key legal partner to the Boards of Directors and Committees, including preparation, review, and ongoing governance support.
2) Advising internal stakeholders in Israel and globally on corporate, governance and financing matters, while working closely with finance and business teams.
3) Taking ownership in shaping and implementing global corporate governance policies and practices.
4) Supporting, implementing, and monitoring compliance with Israeli and Chinese securities and corporate law requirements.
5) Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating filings and disclosures with the Israeli and Chinese stock exchanges.
6) Providing day‑to‑day legal support to business teams on commercial and cross‑functional matters, under the supervision of senior lawyers.
What We Are Looking For
1) Certified Israeli lawyer.
4-6 2) years of experience in corporate, capital markets, or corporate secretarial work, in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
3) Solid foundation in domestic corporate and securities law, with a genuine interest in developing commercial and business-oriented legal skills.
4) Comfortable working across a variety of legal topics and learning new areas.
5) Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work well as part of a global legal team.
6) Full professional fluency in English and Hebrew, written and spoken.
7) Business mindset and financial understanding, an advantage.
8) Experience working with global or industrial companies, an advantage.
9) Comfortable using approved AI tools in legal work and integrating them into daily practice.
