Social Media Campaign

Co Impact’s Social Media Campaign raises awareness amongst potential Arab candidates that the private sector is actively looking for Arab employees, promotes an attitude shift amongst Arabs regarding employment in Israel’s private sector, links them with leading companies’ job openings, and provides support and tools needed to search for and secure employment. 

The campaign reaches over 500,000 potential Arab candidates through our various social media channels, and includes employer branding videos with CEOs and Arab employees encouraging candidates to apply, and Impact TV, the first Arab employment YouTube channel. The campaign also includes articles and interviews relating to employment, as well as job listings that are customized for Arab candidates.
