A Day in the Life

We are hiring Sales Representative Diabetes for the ARAB Sector in this position you will be responsible to:

Promote and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

Pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/r services.

Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Effective communication and influence skills; possess the capability to influence and motivate all levels by demonstrating competence and confidence, knowledge, and experience, being personally accessible, being a good listener, using fact-based

persuasion, dedication, persistence as appropriate to audience

Must Haves

Bachelor's degree

Arabic mother tongue level

At least 3 years' experience in B2B sales position

Hebrew and English – Full working proficiency

Ability to work alone and under pressure

Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community

Nice to Have

Experience in the Medical device or the Pharma industry
