As one of the largest People Experience Management Cloud Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is looking for a legal counsel professional to advice and support the company’s business needs and advance in promoting its corporate and commercial activities.

This position will be reporting to the AKT COO, and is open to candidates living in Israel for a full-time or a part-time role.

Key responsibilities:

Provide support and guidance to multiple stakeholders internal and external, across a broad scope of employees, customers, contractors, suppliers, partners, and more

Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts, such as Professional Services, data privacy, employment, and consulting agreements

Advice on legal matters, addressing intellectual property, compliance and HR-related matters

Defining and maintaining internal policies and procedures to establish compliance with local and international laws and regulations

Communicate results to relevant audiences and suggest risk assessed alternative courses of action

Job requirements:

A Bachelor's law degree from a leading academic faculty, and qualification to practice law in Israel

2-3 years of relevant experience in a legal department in a global or a local company

Relevant experience working with/at Professional Services or cloud solutions companies – a huge advantage

Proficient in applying legal knowledge and analytical abilities to address business issues and aid in decision-making

Strong writing, drafting, and negotiation skills

Excellent Hebrew and English – verbal and written. Other languages are an advantage
