In this role, you will provide crucial support and insights and be the key professional consolidator for the business in all financial matters related to revenue, EBIT, collection, data quality, and other cross-divisional activities/initiatives. This role involves mentoring, training, and developing employees to enhance their skills and performance in collaboration with the team lead. Work closely with finance and business leaders, as well as various stakeholders, to support business decision-making by understanding business needs and providing key financial insights.
Assist the team leader in managing cross business unit finance activities and task forces, ensuring financial alignment among all stakeholders.
Supporting consolidation/monthly/annual operating plan processes and providing essential support to the team leader and the finance lead.
Support the team leader in mentoring, training, and developing employees to enhance their skills and performance, assist in recruitment efforts, and help coordinate team meetings and follow-ups.

All you need is…
4+ years of experience as a financial analysis.
Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyze financial data with precision.
Expertise in mentoring and developing employees without direct managerial authority.
Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to understand and connect with team members effectively.
Experience in leading projects from inception to successful completion.
Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges.
High proficiency in tools such as Tableau, SAP, and advanced MS Office applications.
